Since technology is shaping your business, it must shape your decisions.

Those that don't, fall behind.
Which will yours be?

Hi, I'm Kathryn Guarini.

I help leaders stop reacting to technology and start using it to define what's possible.

As a corporate board director and the former CIO of IBM — with 25+ years in executive leadership, a PhD in applied physics, and 65+ patents — I’ve spent my career at the intersection of technology and business. I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to use technology as a source of competitive advantage.

The difference is not effort or intent. It’s where technology sits in the decision.
